If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of your purchase.

We stand by our work, honor our word, and care about your satisfaction. However, mistakes do happen, but we will take care of you at no cost to you.
If your items arrive damaged or break within 30 days of arrival, you will receive a refund for damaged items. Must contact me within 30 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage.
